CHARACTERISTICS

REG|ON
Our wines come from vineyards located in the vil|age of La PobIa de Massaluca, department of "Terra Alta”, the most southern port of the Terra Alta Denomination. With an extension of 43,2 km2 and on altitude of 363 meters, it is the only vi||age ot the region that touches the tomous Ebro River.

ORIGIN
This young white wine comes from beautifu| terraces that decorate low and undulating sites, with strong and deep soils with an excellent exposition, making it a unique environment place from which to obtain excelIent grape yields.

The qua|ity of the White Grenache is so exceptiona| that the oenoIogist selected the best grapes to develop a wine based exclusive|y on this local variety of grape.

Grapes selected from 15 To 30 year old plants.

MAXIMUM YIELD
6,500 Kg/Ha

PRODUCT SURFACE
125 Hectares.

VlNIFICATION
The grapes are hand-harvested, having previously seected the plants with the best mature White Grenache which is carefully transported to the winery to ensure the qualities arrive intact in order to carry out a direct pressing for the vinification. After a low temperature fining (max 17°C.), fermentation begins in thermo-regulated vats.

TASTING NOTES

This deep-go|d colour fresh, nicely structured vibrant white wine from the Terra Alta region in Catalonia is balanced, with bright acidity and a clean fresh finish. The concentrated palate is richly textured and quite complex, letting the mineraliiy and fruit dominate. A versatile yet classic wine has gentle hints of white peach, soft floral notes notes and a lovely mineralily.
