CHARACTERISTICS
REGION
Our wines come from vineyards located in the village of La Pobla de Massalucca, department of "Terra Alta”, the most southern part of the Terra Alta Denomination. With an extension of 43,2 km2 and an altitude of 363 meters, it is the only vil|age of the region that touches the famous Ebro River.
ORIGIN
Red wine aged in new French oak, comes from sun drenched beautiful terraces that decorate low and undulating hill sites at over 300 meters above sea-level. With strong and deep soils with an exceIlent exposition, making it a unique environment place from which to obtain excellent grape quality and fantastic yields.
VINEYARD
Grapes selected from 15 to 45 year old. Hand harvested on 20th October.

VINIFICATION
The white Grenache variety is chose from those vineyards that have an excel|ent solar exposition and produce an excellent quality grape that through a perfect and caretull control, is over-ripe. Once processed the grape, alcohoI is added to the most to stop the fermentation process, hence obtaining a Mistela wine with an volume of 13° to 18°, with a sweet taste and the many elegant connotations which this grape otters.
TASTING NOTES
Wonderful aromas of black cherries, blackcurrant, and red fruits, with notes of and toasted bread, it has on excellent ba|ance and long finish round, p|easant, to the pa|ate, and with great spicy structure.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Ideal as an appetizer or as dessert wine.
